
Société Générale has created a tool for managing online bank accounts. This system, called Logitelnet, allows access to a client area to view banking transactions and perform other tasks. View and download your statements via the Logitelnet service
Logitelnet is the new tool launched by Société Générale bank to help clients better manage their bank accounts. Thus, this service allows you to view and download your statements. In practice, to obtain a Logitelnet bank statement, simply log in to your client area via the bank’s official website.

Then, click on the “Other” tab in the menu to display the ” Documents” section. On this page, you can see the mention “My online statements“, click on it. In reality, the system defaults to showing the details of bank accounts for the last 3 months. However, it is possible to display older statements using the search bar.
To get a copy (e-document) of the bank statements, open the “download my statements” section in the “Documents” tab. The system allows you to select the relevant bank account as well as the electronic format in which you wish to receive the file. You can also choose the period covering the banking transactions that interest you.

Receive bank statements directly at home
The Logitelnet system offers clients the option to directly view their bank statements online. Additionally, this service allows you to receive these documents directly at home. To do this, follow the instructions below to configure the account management tool for this purpose:
- open the “Other” tab;
- select the “profile” section;
- click on “my personal data”;
- click on the “your preferences” icon.
It is in the last section that you can indicate your choice to receive paper statements by mail. Thus, the bank will take care of sending the details of the activities on your bank accounts to your postal address.
Log in to your account on Logitelnet
Logitelnet is accessible only by logging into your client area. Thus, this is the first step to take to obtain your account statements. In this regard, simply go to the link particuliers.societegenerale.fr to access your bank account. To open it, you need to enter your personal identifiers in the fields provided.
In general, the bank assigns each client a client code consisting of 8 digits and a secret code of 6 digits. The first is to be entered in the identifier space and the second in the password field. It is advisable to check that the information entered is correct before confirming by clicking OK.
Note that Société Générale bank notifies the client code as soon as you open your bank account. As for the secret code, it is assigned and communicated to the client 8 days after the account is created. With this information, you can open your client area to obtain your bank statements and manage your accounts.
